Parts Washing & Chemical De-rusting
- QST provides a range of parts cleaning and
de-rusting services to meet their customer’s needs.
- QST, Inc. is equipped to handle light assembly
processes, as well as de-rusting, part washing,
preservative removal and repackaging.
- We can wash, clean & de-rust various casting
materials, metal parts, automotive parts (i.e. cylinder
blocks, crankshafts, etc.)
- QST can provide Parts washing for short term and
long term processes.
- QST has the capabilities to wash and/or de-rust
parts ranging in various sizes. From parts as small as a
bolt to parts as large as an engine block, QST can
complete the process to meet your requirements.
- QST Inspectors are competently trained to complete
Millipore Inspection processes to ensure that the parts
have been washed to the Customer and Suppliers
requirements. Detailed Reports daily, weekly or monthly
will be provided per the Customer & Supplier
Requirements.
Light Assembly Processes
- QST, Inc. is equipped to handle long & short term
light assembly processes.
- QST, Inc. will accommodate your needs by assembling
parts at our facility or at your facility.
- Permanent or Temporary Processes can be created to
fit your quality and cost saving needs.
